The company creates best in-class engagement, marketing and digital experiences, using intelligence from every encounter, swipe, click and call to optimise and improve paths to purchase.

The challenge

Wunderman approached GCS on a Thursday morning with an urgent requirement to find a QA tester to work on a high-profile, disclosed project starting the same afternoon. Due to the strict timeframe, and nature of the project, the ideal candidate would need experience of working agency-side and have a track record in working with banner and email campaigns.

The solution

GCS works with many of the UK’s leading digital agencies. As a result, we understand the type of people that agencies look for. On this occasion GCS quickly identified a candidate that had previously worked with Wunderman through GCS on numerous occasions. With an already good relationship between the candidate and hiring manager, there was no need for interview and the individual started on-site that afternoon.
